Faisel Maniar
Faisel Maniar is an accomplished professional in the IT industry and has served for many years on the education board at ISB (Islamic Society of Baltimore). He possesses keen insights into organizational structure and utilizes his expertise to serve Al Salaam Academy as a part-time Principal.

ِShaheda Hakim
Shaheda Hakim is a qualified scholar with an Ijazah from traditional Islamic institute in South Africa. She has taught Qur’an and Islamic Studies at various Islamic organizations and assumes the role of Superintendent at Al Salaam Academy.

Hania
Hania holds a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore
County. She is an aspiring lawyer with a background in public speaking and debate. Hania has
taught ELA and History to the first batch of students at Al-Salaam Academy. She is currently
working as the college counselor at Al-Salaam in order to prepare students for college and be
ready for the future. Her goal with Al-Salaam is to prepare the students for the real world while
nurturing them in school. She hopes to provide a safe space for students to grow and allow them
to find who they are in order to be successful.

Reda Heidar
Reda Haidar is a certified chemist with numerous academic achievements and a commanding personality. She holds the position of Admin Manager at Al Salaam Academy. Additionally, she is a member of the ASA Educational Committee.
